WAS THE LAW OF GOD ABOLISHED?

The Christians say that the Law of God was abolished, or that some commandments of the Law of God were abolished.

However, the Ebionites say that the Law of God (Torah) was not abolished, and that we must obey all commandments of the Law of God, with no exception.

The informations about the Ebionites are in the books of the Church Fathers (old Christians writers who wrote in the first centuries of the Christian Era).

The Ebionites said that Paul of Tarsus was an apostate from the Law, and was not an apostle of Jesus Christ.

The Bible of the Ebionites was composed only by the books of the Tanach (Old Testament) and they used only one Gospel, written in Hebrew, that was considered to be the Gospel according to Matthew, but was smaller than the Gospel according to Matthew in Greek which is used by the Christians.

In the Gospel according to Matthew 5:17-19 (authentic text) it is written that Jesus Christ said:

5.17 DO NOT THINK THAT I CAME TO ABOLISH THE LAW OR THE PROPHETS: I CAME NOT TO ABOLISH, BUT TO FULFILL.

5.18  VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU THAT TILL HEAVEN AND EARTH PASS AWAY, ONE JOT OR ONE TITTLE SHALL NOT BE ABOLISHED FROM THE LAW OR FROM THE PROPHETS, BECAUSE ALL SHALL BE FULFILLED.

5.19  AND THE ONE WHO SHALL TRANSGRESS ONE OF THESE COMMANDMENTS, AND SHALL TEACH OTHERS, SHALL BE CALLED SON OF THE LIE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD: BUT THE ONE WHO FULFILL AND TEACH, SHALL BE CALLED GREAT IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.

Therefore, we see that Jesus Christ said very clearly that he did not come to abolish the Law of God, and that the whole Law of God will continue to be in force until the heaven and the earth pass away, and that we must fulfill all the commandments of God, without exception.

We see in Genesis 2:16-17 that God commanded the man not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and He said that if the man ate of that tree, he would die, and we see in Genesis chapter 3 that the serpent deceived the woman, saying that she and her husband could eat of that tree, and she ate, and she also gave to her husband, and he also ate, and due to this sin they were expelled from the Garden of Eden, and they lost the access to the tree of life.

Therefore, we see that the Devil tries to deceive the human beings, to cause them to disobey God.

The Devil has been trying to induce the people to believe that the Law of God was abolished, or that a part of the Law of God was abolished, or that some commandments of God were abolished, or that some commandments of God do not need to be obeyed anymore, in order that the people disobey the commandments of God and be condemned in the last judgment and be thrown in the eternal flame (gehenna).

However, Jesus Christ (Yeshua haMashiach) said that the Law of God will never be abolished, neither in the whole nor in part, and that none of the commandments of God will ever be abolished.

Satan used a man called Paul of Tarsus to deceive the people, and to induce them to disobey the commandments of God.
